Youth on the Edge

Youth on the Edge is a partnership between St Matthew's and Stockport Baptist Churches, working together to reach children, young people and their families in the local area.

We run a series of activities during schools holidays to give families the opportunity to have fun together, whether they attend our churches or not!

In recent years we held swimming pool parties at Avondale Leisure Centre, complete with inflatables and snacks in the cafe afterwards; Christmas Unwrapped and Easter Unwrapped, to bring the Christmas and Easter stories to life with the Year 6 classeses in our local schools; holiday clubs and a day trip to the beach!
